  • Once notified, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to complete the return process.

  • Please note that this policy applies to all digital products. Customized or specially licensed digital items are non-refundable.

  • The buyer is responsible for any applicable costs associated with the return process, such as access or usage restrictions on the digital product.

  • Refund processing may take up to 14 days once the return is verified. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
